Use The Lock Screen Security Option

Find My Device
This feature of Google is an important tool for finding your device. This feature was previously known as Android Device Manager. Google later updated it to 'Find My Device'. Using this feature you can find out where your device is and lock the device until the device is detected. To do this, go to the settings option of your device and click on the security option. Then turn on the Find My Device option. But if your device does not have location on, this feature will not work. This feature doesn't just help you find your lost phone. This protects your data and also helps to remove your data from the device in case you get lost.
Use Smart Lock
Sometimes you may need to keep your phone unlocked. Especially this feature keeps your phone unlocked while you are with it. You can use your PIN, pattern or password to unlock your phone via smartphone. To do this go to settings and click on the lock screen option. There you will see an option called Smart Lock. After clicking on it, keep as it is in the lock option of the phone. There are three options; The first body detection, which you have your phone in pocket, will detect the body and keep the device unlocked. You can also keep the phone unlocked in your trusted places and next to your trusted devices. If you do not use the phone continuously for four hours, the phone will lock automatically. This feature is only available on phones above Android 10.
Google Play Protect
Google Play Protect helps protect users' devices from malware. This feature tests whether the app you are trying to download from the Play Store is secure and alerts users. Also, if an app on your device is in violation of Google's software policy, it alerts you via notifications, privacy alerts. Most of the time it is automatically enabled. But if for some reason this feature is disabled, you can enable Google Play Protect by going to the Security option in your settings.
Use Only Secure Browsing In Chrome
Chrome is the default browser on every Android device and the browser is in safe browsing mode which protects the device from insecure websites. To enable this feature, open chrome, click on the three dots and go to settings. Turn on the sync option there.
Check Google Security From Time To Time
The best way to keep your Google Account secure is to check your security regularly. Google has categorized its security issues into different categories; Your device, recent security events, third party access and sign-in and recovery. You can check the security of your Google Account through these different mediums.

Find Out The Weak Passwords Used With Google Accounts
Users may have used weak passwords in various accounts using their Google Account, which may make your data insecure. To find out if the passwords you use are strong, type passwords.google.com on the desktop and check the passwords on the sites you are using by following the instructions given there.
